瓦斯输送管道阻爆控制器的研制

  • 摘要: 为了确保瓦斯输送安全,提出在煤矿瓦斯管道输送系统中可能的火源点如发电机组、地面排空管口、自燃煤层采空区抽瓦斯管入口等附近管道上,安设安全保障设备。基于此介绍了一种用于瓦斯输送管道的阻爆控制器,在分析瓦斯输送管道爆炸传播特性的基础上给出了阻爆控制器设计原理和试验数据。试验结果表明阻爆控制器能配合快速切断阀可有效阻止瓦斯爆炸传播。

     

    Abstract: In the mine gas pipeline transportation system, there would be some possible fire sources at the power generator set, the surface discharge emptied pip e outlet, income of gas drainage pipeline at the coal spontaneous combustion goaf and other pipeline nearby.The safety protection equipment shall be equipped at thos e places to ensure the transportation safety.Thus the paper introduced an explosion resistant controller for the gas pipeline transportation.Based on the analysis on expl osion spreading features of the gas transportation pipeline, the design principle and test data of the explosion resistant controller were provided.The test results showe d that the explosion resistant controller could rapidly assist the shut-off valve to effectively prevent the gas explosion spreading.
