近距离煤层下保护层开采保护范围的确定

Mining Protection Scope Determination of Low Protective Seam in Contiguous Seams

  • 摘要: 为确定金佳矿中煤组近距离煤层群下保护层11223工作面开采的保护范围,在111811运输巷和回风巷共布置6组瓦斯解吸钻孔。通过现场测定的钻孔瓦斯解吸量,结合实验室煤层瓦斯参数计算出瓦斯压力。对瓦斯压力回归分析,得出6组保护范围临界点为理论保护范围,即分别向钻孔内偏移1.30、1.10、17.51、16.52、3.20和3.90 m;走向卸压角55°、倾向卸压角分别为54°和82°。保护范围内被保护煤层卸压瓦斯抽采纯量约2 628.63万m3,抽采率80.69%;钻屑瓦斯解吸指标未超标。

     

    Abstract: In order to set up the mining protection scope of No.11223 coal mining face in a protective seam under the contiguous seams in the middle coal group o f Jinjia Mine, six groups boreholes were made in 1118 1 1 roadway and return airway. With the gas desorption value of the borehole measured at site, the seam gas pre ssure of boreholes was calculated with the seam gas parameters of lab. The regression analysis was applied to pressure data. The six groups critical point of the protec tion scope obtained was a theoretical protection scope and the critical points were individually shifted in the boreholes by 1. 30, 1. 10, 17. 51, 16. 52, 3. 20 and3. 90 m. The strike pressure released angle was 55° and the inclined pressure released angle was 54° and 82° individually. In the protection scope, the pure quantity of pressure released gas drainage from protected seam was about 26. 286 3 million m3, the gas drainage rate reached to 80. 69%. The gas desorption index of drilling cuttings was not over the standard.
