  • 摘要: 为了提高厚煤层高瓦斯掘进工作面掘前瓦斯抽采量,减少掘进过程中的瓦斯预警次数,针对余吾煤业高瓦斯掘进工作面的平面式抽采钻孔不能覆盖全煤厚、瓦斯抽采量低的问题,通过调整钻孔的布置方式及开孔角度对掘进工作面释放孔及两帮钻场护帮钻孔进行了优化设计,将掘进工作面抽采钻孔由平面式抽采转变为立体式抽采。现场试验表明,立体式抽采钻孔抽采瓦斯体积分数提升11%、抽采瓦斯纯量提升0.14 m~3/min,回风流瓦斯体积分数由0.73%降低至0.44%,不仅对全煤厚煤体提前卸压降低突出危险性,同时提前截流卸压煤体内瓦斯,大幅降低了工作面掘进时的瓦斯涌出量,保证了巷道掘进过程中瓦斯涌出的均匀性。

     

    Abstract: in order to improve the gas drainage quantity before the driving operation of the high gassy gateway driving face and to reduce the gas pre-warming times during the driving process.according to the plan mode drainage boreholes in the high gassy gatew ay drving face in Yuwu Mine could notflly cover the ful s am thickness and the gas drainage quantty was low,with adjustnent of the borehole distrbution mode and the borehole opening angletheoptinmized design was conducted on he released boreholes of the driving face and the sidew al protecton boreholes inthe two sidewl iling site and the gas drainage boreholes o thedrvingfae ware :hanged from the plan mode drainage to a three dimensional drainage.The site experiment showed that thegas drainage voune fraction with tree dimerso al drainage boreholes was improved by 11%,the gas drainage pure fow was improved by 0.14 ni3l min and the gas volume fracion of the air retuning fiow was reduced fom 0.3% to 0.4%.Therefore.the piot pressure released of thefill thck sean could not only reduce the outburt dangerbut coul in advance cut of and release the gas in he seam.;could highly reduce the gas emission volume of the driving face and could ensure thegas emission evenly during the driving proc.ss whilethegateway dring.
