新型提升机首绳更换方法及其安全分析

  • 摘要: 针对提升机首绳传统换绳方法工序复杂、操作难度高、危险性大等诸多问题,在基于应用一种新型换绳设备的基础上,提出了新的钢丝绳首绳更换方法。该新换绳方法比传统方法可节约换绳时间10 h左右。经安全分析表明:新换绳方法减少了罐笼和钢丝绳质量,提高了提升能力,从本质上减少了滑绳事故的发生概率。多绳同步进出的换绳方式减少了复杂协调作业,提高了换绳速度;钢丝绳始终处于受力状态下可防止打绞,增大了安全性。

     

    Abstract: According to the complicated process, high operation difficulty, danger and other problems of the conventional first rope replacement method for the min e hoist, based on the application of the a new rope replacement equipment, a new first rope replacement method of the mine hoist steel rope was provided.In comparis on with the conventional rope replacement method, the new rope replacement method could save the rope replacement time about 10 h.The safety analysis showed tha t the new rope replacement method could reduce the weights of the mine cage and steel rope, improve the mine hoisting capacity and in essence reduce the probability of the rope sliding accident occurred.The multi-rope synchronous in and out replacement method could reduce the complicated coordinative operation and improve the r ope replacement speed.Due to the steel rope was always in a stressed condition, the rope twisted could be prevented and the rope safety could be improved.
