困难条件下大变形巷道围岩变形机理与控制技术

Deformation mechanism of roadway surrounding rock with large deformation and control technology under difficult conditions

  • 摘要: 为得到困难条件下大变形巷道围岩的变形机理与控制对策,以困难条件下巷道的类型划分和特点为基础,总结了巷道围岩表面变形特征和内部的变形与结构特征,详细分析了高应力大变形破坏、底鼓型巷道系统失稳、采动巷道的变形破坏、结构面错动变形机制、围岩与支护结构不耦合五类主要变形机制。结合巷道围岩控制理论研究与工程实践,提出了目前困难条件下矿井巷道支护存在的主要问题、难点与控制关键。最后,结合工程实践,分别介绍了高应力软岩巷道、大断面斜井穿越采空区、承受采动影响巷道的围岩支护技术及应用效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to obtain the deformation mechanism of roadway surrounding rock with large deformation and its control countermeasures under difficult condition s,based on the types and characteristics of roadway under difficult conditions,the surrounding rock deformation characteristics and the interior deformation and structure ch aracteristics of surrounding rock were summarized. Then the five kinds of main deformation mechanisms were analyzed in detail,including the large deformation failure ind uced by high stress ,the instability of roadway system with floor heave,deformation and failure of roadway under mining influence deformation mechanism for dislocation of structural surface and decoupling between surrounding rock and supporting structure. Combined with theoretical research and engineering practice of roadway control,the main problems,difficulties existed in mine and key points for control of the roadway under difficult conditions currently were proposed. Finally,the support technologies for s oft rock roadway with high stress,inclined shaft with large cross-section through the mined-out gob and roadway under mining influence and their engineering applications were introduced separately.
