大倾角工作面液压支架稳定性机理分析

  • 摘要: 为研究大倾角工作面液压支架稳定性的影响因素,采用理论分析的方法建立大倾角工作面支架横向、纵向稳定性力学模型,通过平衡方程的求解,得出了影响支架稳定性的主要因素:支架质量、底座与煤层的摩擦因数、支架工作阻力、底座宽度、四连杆参数、顶梁平衡载荷区。并在石槽村矿11201工作面进行了支架稳定性分析,得出了支架稳定性临界条件:下滑临界角26°~42°,倾倒临界角31°~50°,顶梁平衡载荷区270 mm,并从采煤工艺和支架设计方面提出了支架稳定性控制措施。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the major influence factors of support stability under the condition of large inclination angle, this paper has setted up the horizontal and longitudinal model by theory methods and acquired influence factors about support stability, including support weight, working pressure, base width, lemniscates links, s tabilizing interval.Based on the methods, obtaining the following conclusions for Shicaocun coal mine:critical angle of slipping of support is 26°42°, critical angle of slopi ng of support is 31050°, stabilizing interval is 270 mm.According to the results, the measures of the powered support stability were proposed from two aspects of mining technique and the powered support design.
