无灰煤的制备及应用研究进展

Research Progress on Ash-Free Coal Preparation and Application

  • 摘要: 鉴于无灰煤具有无灰、无水、热活性高、热塑性好、流动性强等特点,介绍了无灰煤在气化、液化、炼焦方面的应用及研究现状,并对溶剂萃取法制备无灰煤的生产工艺及其影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:煤的萃取率及所得无灰煤的性能与原煤性质密切相关,还与工艺条件有关;随着煤阶的降低,得到的无灰煤中轻组分含量增加;选择合适溶剂、提高萃取温度、热萃取前加酸预处理等方法均可提高煤的萃取率。

     

    Abstract: Due to the ash-free coal with the features of the ash-free, water-free, high thermal activity, good thermal plasticity, high flowability and others, the paper i ntroduced the present research and application status of the ash-free coal to the coal gasification, liquefaction and coking and analyzed the production technique and in fluence factors of the ash-free coal prepared with solvent extraction method.The results showed that the coal extraction rate and the ash-free coal performances obtain ed would be closely related to the raw coal properties and to the technique conditions.With the coal rank reduced, the light component content of the ash-free ash obtai ned would be increased.The coal extraction rate could be increased with the suitable selected solvent, the increased extraction temperature, the acid pre-treatment bef ore the thermal extraction and other method.
