Abstract:
According to the spraying height and the heat exchange efficiency of the spraying heat exchanger in the mine air retuning roadway, which was the relatio nship between the average temperature of the liquid drop at the bottom of the heat exchanger and the deviation of the temperature distribution standard, the FLUENT s oftware was applied to the 3D simulation on the mine retuning air and liquid drop two phase flow.The standard K-ε model, DPM model and the SIMPLE algorithm were a pplied to calculate the heat value, cool value and the standard deviation of the temperature distribution obtained when the spraying height was 6、8、10、12和15 m, th e diameter drop was 0.15 cm, when the initial temperature of the drop was 283. 15 K during the heat supply in the winter season, when the initial temperature of the dro p was 303.15 K during the cooling supply in the summer season, when the mine retuning air with an initial temperature of 293.15 K through the bottom of the heat exch anger.The results showed that with the spraying height increased, the heat value of the drop obtained (in winter season) and the cool value of the drop (in summer seas on) also would be increased and the increasing would be steadily reduced.The general variation tendency of the drop temperature distribution standard deviation would be reduced with the spraying height increased.From a comprehensive consideration, the rational spraying height selected would be about 10 m.
