煤层注水防尘技术的应用现状及展望

Appliation Present Status and Outlook of Seam Water Injection Dust Control Technology

  • 摘要: 介绍了煤层注水降尘原理,从煤体结构特性、煤层注水运动学和煤层注水润湿理论等3个方面评述了煤层注水理论研究的国内外现状,采用双重孔隙介质理论及模型来描述煤体的裂隙性和多孔性,阐述了水在煤体中的运动过程,同时介绍了判断煤质湿润难易程度的方法和指标;阐述了煤层注水工艺的分类,介绍了煤层注水装备技术研究近年取得的科研、专利成果以及产品市场情况,着重总结了煤层注水湿润剂研究的国内外现状及产品市场情况;最后提出了目前煤层注水理论和技术研究中存在的问题和今后的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduced the principle of the seam water injection and dust control.From the coal structure features, the seam water injection kinematics and the seam water injection wetting theory, the paper reviewed the present status of the seam water injection theory at home and abroad.The double porosity medium theo ry and model was applied to describe the coal cracking and porosity and stated the water movement process in coal.Meanwhile, the paper introduced the judgment met hod and index of the coal quality wetting degree.The paper stated the grades of the seam water injection technique.The paper introduced the achieved research and de velopment, the patent achievements and products markets on the study on the seam water injection equipment and technology and in detail summarized the present sta tus and the products markets on the study of seam water injection wetting agent at home and abroad.Finally the paper provided the existed problems in the study on th e seam water injection theory and technology and the future development orientation.
