回收大巷煤柱工作面过空巷围岩破坏机理和控制技术

Failure mechanism and control technology of the surrounding rock of the coal pillar crossing abandoned roadway

  • 摘要: 为解决回收大巷煤柱条件下综采工作面过空巷时,易造成压架、工作面中部大面积冒顶和煤壁稳定性的问题,以鄂尔多斯纳林庙二号矿井6-2116综采工作面过8号联巷为工程背景,采用理论分析、FLAC3D数值模拟、现场工程实测相结合的多重手段分析了6-2116综采工作面围岩破坏机理;基于理论分析,确定了充填体强度应大于5.17 MPa,能够保证工作面顺利通过联巷,充填体可以维护空巷围岩的稳定性;通过FLAC3D数值模拟,确定了充填体强度10.5 MPa最为合适;经过现场工业性试验综合对比了煤粉-水泥填充木垛接顶、高水速凝材料填充、锚索+工字钢棚支护等方法对围岩控制的优劣性,最终确定以煤粉-水泥充填木垛接顶的支护方式,这种方法支护效果与高水速凝材料强度基本一致,能够最大限度地节约充填支护的成本,同时也能够减少顶板中部的下沉量,大巷与联巷交叉处煤壁帮部也保持了稳定,能够有效保证综采工作面正常推进。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems that the fully-mechanized mining face passes through the abandoned roadway under the condition of recovering the coal pillar of the recovery roadway, it is easy to cause the pressure frame, the large area of roofing in the middle of the working face and the stability of the coal wall., this paper took the No.6-2116 fully-mechanized working face passing through 8 lanes as the engineering background, and analyzed the No.6-2116 fully-mechanized working face with the combination of theoretical analysis, FLAC3D numerical simulation and field engineering measurement. Based on the theoretical analysis, it is determined that the strength of the filling body should be greater than 5.17 MPa, which can ensure the smooth passage of the working face through the roadway, and the backfill body can maintain the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway;through FLAC3D numerical simulation, it is determined that the strength of the filling body is 10.5 MPa, which is the most appropriate; through the field industrial test, it is comprehensively compared that the coal-cement filled wood buttress is connected to the roof and the high water quick setting material is filled. The method of anchor cable and shaped steel shed support and so on has advantages and disadvantages on surrounding rock control. Finally, the support method of coal powder cement filling with wood crib is determined. The support effect of this method is basically consistent with the strength of high water quick setting material, which can save the cost of filling and support to the greatest extent, and also reduce the subsidence in the middle of the roof. The coal wall at the intersection of the main roadway and the connecting roadway has also remained stable, which can effectively ensure the normal advance of the fully-mechanized mining face.
