新型掘进机电气控制系统设计

Design on Electric Control System of Mine Roadheader

  • 摘要: 在对现有掘进机电气控制系统进行具体分析的基础上,提出了一种基于PLC的掘进机电控系统设计方案,以S7-200为控制核心,采用模块化结构,通过软件实现掘进机中各电机的控制与保护,重点介绍了系统的硬件设计和软件编制。相比于传统的掘进机电气控制系统,该系统保护功能齐全,控制安全可靠,能满足煤巷和半煤岩巷道掘进生产的需要。

     

    Abstract: Based on the certain analysis on the electric control system of the available mine roadheader, a design plan of the electric control system for the mine ro adheader was provided based on PLC.Taking S7-200 as the control key and with the application of the module structures, the control and protection of each electric mo tor in the roadheader could be realized.The paper stressed the introduction on the hardware design and the software preparation of the system.In comparison with the C onventional electric control system of the roadheader, the new system with the full protection function and the safe and reliable control could meet the requirements of t he heading and production in the full seam and semi-coal and rock gateway.
