煤矿采区巷道支护透明化系统设计研究

  • 摘要: 针对地质条件具有复杂性与未知性的特征,而导致在进行巷道支护设计时,无法方便、准确地了解煤矿井下地质力学环境的问题,对煤矿采区巷道支护透明化系统进行了研究。通过水压致裂法在井下现场进行数据采集,获取采区基础应力和围岩强度数据;根据窥视孔地质测量成果与采区地质勘探地震等资料,基于似直三棱柱(ARTP)数据结构建立了采区煤层及其顶板岩层地质模型;在透明化地质体基础上,实现了巷道支护方案的可视化表达,同时,利用地应力插值算法,实现了采区内任意位置地应力、顶板10 m范围内围岩强度数据的动态计算和查询。相关研究方案在某矿井进行了实施验证,能够便捷地获取地应力数据,为采区巷道支护初始设计提供了可靠的参数。

     

    Abstract: According to the geological condition with the complicated and unknown features ,during the design on the gateway supporthe geogical ynanics enwronment in the underground mine would inconveniently and accurately understand and study was conducted on the gateway suppor ransparency system of the mime gateway in the mine. A hyrauilic fracturing method was applied to the dataclcion in site of undergrcund mine and to gethebas c srss of ining bock an surouding rock strength dala.According to the geoloical survey resuts from peephole and geological exploration seismic and other informations of the mining bock.based on the analogical right riangular prism data stucture,a geological model of the seam and roof stratain the mining block was esablised.Based on the ransparency geologcal bodywisual expressions of the mine gateway suppor plan were realized.Meanwhlie a geostressinerpolaion agorithm was applied to the dynanic calculation and seach on the geostress at any location within the miming block and the surounding rock stength data itin10 m scopeof the rof A suvdy on a mine wasimplemented and verfed could be qxuickly obtain the geostress data and could provide reliable parameters to the nitial design of the gateway suppor of the mining blck.
