Practices on Fire Prevention and Control During Initial Mining Period of No.3301 Fully Mechanized Top Coal Caving Mining Face in Yangcheng Mine

  • 摘要: 为防治阳城煤矿3301综放工作面初采期间由于推进速度慢、采空区遗煤多和漏风严重等导致的采空区自燃,结合矿井实际,提出了加快工作面推进速度、调整工作面风量、减少漏风、注胶、注惰性气体和喷洒阻化剂等综合治理措施。结果表明:采取综合治理措施后,3301综放面回风流中CO体积分数由治理前最高的501.25×10-6降低至17×10-6,保证了该工作面初采期间的安全回采。

     

    Abstract: In order to prevent and contral the coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf caused by the slow advancing speed, coal left in the goaf, serious ventilatio n leakage and others during the initial mining period of No.3301 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face in Yangcheng Mine, in combination with the mine actual C onditions, the comprehensive control measures to speed up the coal mining face advancing speed, to adjust ventilation value, to reduce the ventilation leakage, to injec t glues, to inject inert gas and to spray the inhibitor were provided.The results showed that after the comprehensive control measures applied, the CO volume fraction in the air returning flow of No.3301 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face was reduced from 501.25x10-6 to 17x10-6.Thus a safety mining during the initial mining period could be ensured.
