松软突出煤层长钻孔装备及钻进工艺研究

Study on long borehole drilling equipment and drilling technique of soft outburst seam

  • 摘要: 为解决松软突出煤层瓦斯治理过程中,钻孔深度浅、钻进效率低、钻孔事故频发等长期影响煤矿正常生产的难题,从钻机的主要技术参数、负载敏感液压系统、高转速动力头和大行程推进机构等主要方面对高速钻机进行设计研究;并从可反旋转六方扣接头钻杆和高速切削松软煤层钻头2个方面设计长钻孔钻具;通过在具有代表性煤矿井下进行现场试验,对松软突出煤层长钻孔钻进关键工艺技术进行了分析和探讨,最终研制了一套松软突出煤层长钻孔装备与钻进工艺技术,实现了在松软突出煤层钻孔中施工深度不小于300 m的目标。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve a borehole with a shallow depth, low drilling efficiency, drilling accidents frequently occurred and other problems long term affected to th e mine normal production during the gas control process of the soft and outburst seam, a design study was conducted on a high speed drilling rig from the major techni cal parameters of the drilling rig, load-sensing hydraulic system, high speed driving head, long stroke feeding mechanism and other major aspects.A long borehole drilli ng tools was designed from two aspects of a reversible rotary hexagonal rod and soft seam high speed cutting drilling bit.With the site test conducted in the typical unde rground mine, an analysis and discussion were conducted on the key technique and technology of the long borehole drilling in the soft outburst seam.Finally, a set of th e long borehole drilling equipment and drilling technology for the soft and outburst seam was researched and developed and a drilling depth target not less 300 m in the drilling of the soft and outburst seam was realized.
