建筑物下压煤开采方案技术经济评价模型研究

Study on Optimal Design for Backfill Mining Coal Under Buildings

  • 摘要: 为解决建筑物下压煤量大的问题,对3种建筑物下压煤开采方案,即村庄搬迁开采、井下充填开采、条带开采3种方案进行了技术经济分析比较,建立了3种开采方案的经济评价模型。分析结果表明:在中厚及厚煤层建筑物下压煤开采中,开采方案选择次序为搬迁开采、充填开采、条带开采,所建立的开采方案评价模型能较好地为压煤开采方案选择提供决策。

     

    Abstract: Based on the summarization of Germany and Poland backfill mining,in view of coal mine building protection level and surface deformation index and oth er industry standard in China, Germany and Poland,the paper puts forward some suggestions about ground building deformation control index when backfill mining.This paper indicates that should take into account geological and mining conditions ,surface movement rule, surface protected objects口movement allowed deformation index and the flling ability in the process of the backfill mining under buildings,and design optimum calculation model of the allowed mining thickness,workface flling rate and the workface mining speed and an assessment model on reducing damage to buildings benefits of backfill mining;in addition,for the sake of ensuring the safety mining u nder buildings,avoiding excessive flling and waste flling material which increase production cost,the related research results provide the optimal design reference for b ackfill mining under buildings.
