  • 摘要: 悬臂式掘进机的远程监控系统是实现综掘面自动化的关键技术。提出了一种基于可编程计算机PCC、工业计算机、Linux操作系统与矿井环网的悬臂式掘进机远程监控系统,详细阐述了该监控系统的总体结构并说明了各组成部分的构建方法。对系统构建中面临的关键问题如程序健壮性等进行了讨论和分析,并提出了内核重编译、多核心控制等解决方案。在地面试验和井下试验表明:该监控系统具有运行稳定可靠,功能强大等特点,其紧急故障自动保护响应时间为20.6 ms,小于要求自动保护响应时间(

     

    Abstract: The remote monitoring and control system of the boom type mine roadheader would be the key technology to have the automation of the fully mechanize d mine roadway heading face.The paper provided the remote monitoring and control system of the boom type mine roadheader based on the PCC, industrial computer, t he Linux operation system and mine loop network.The paper in detail stated the general structure of the monitoring and control system and explained the establishing m ethod of the each composition unit. The paper discussed and analyzed the program healthy and strong and other key problems in the system establishment.The paper p rovided the reprogramming and translation of the inner core, the multi core control and other solution.The surface trial and the underground mine trial showed that the monitoring and control system could have a stable and reliable operation, powerful function and other features. When an emergent fault occurred, the automatic protecti on response time would be 20.6 ms which would be shorter than the required automatic protection response time (
