  • 摘要: 薄煤层开采效率受多种因素影响,以大斗沟煤矿薄煤层开采为基础,应用计算机模拟技术,将现场调研的停开机时间、采煤机速度及工艺参数作为模拟的基础数据,再现工作面生产过程,详细的分析了各影响因素对工作面开采效率的影响,发现了工作面生产系统存在的问题。模拟分析表明:生产设备因素和辅助设备因素是影响大斗沟煤矿82203工作面开采效率的最主要因素,82203工作面在地质条件和开采水平处于国内平均水平时,年产量可以达到58.4万t。模拟结果为提高薄煤层的开采效率,优化薄煤层工作面的生产环节提供了依据。
