超低排放烟尘控制集成技术

  • 摘要: 针对煤电机组烟尘超低排放技术改造难度大、风险高,改造结果不易达到预期效果等问题,介绍了煤电超低排放烟尘改造技术路线中干式电除尘器、旋转电极、湿式电除尘器、高频电源、低温省煤器、高效除尘脱硫系统的技术特点,对湿式电除尘器的适用范围与改进方向提出了建议,并对相关设备在设计、制造、施工、运行、监控等方面的注意事项进行了系统阐述。实践证明:煤电机组超低排放改造后,烟尘含量可以达到燃气电站排放的标准,烟尘测量值与机组负荷的变化趋势吻合较好,进一步佐证了超低排放烟尘数据的可靠性。

     

    Abstract: Acording to a igh difcutreconstuction of the flue dust utra low emission technology of the coal-fred power unit. igh risk and reconstruction resultshard to reach the predicted efct and other problems ,the paper analzed the techicalfeatures ofthe dr electric dust colctorrotating elecrode wet electic dust c llctor.igh frequency electic power.1ow temperature coal saver and high efcient dust removal and desufurzation system in the coa-fred reconstruction techical routeof the coal-fired ulra low emission.T7he paper provided the proposals on the suiable appictatio scope and improvement die ction ofthe vet electric dust cllector.A system atic state was conducted on the noted itens ofthe design,manuifacturing constouction.operation,montoring control and other aspects of the reated equipment.Thepractices showed that afer th ulra low emission reconstoucton of the coal-red power generation unithe fow dust content could met the emission standard of the gas-fred power plant,the f1ov dust measured value could be wellfited with the load variaton tendency of the power unit and could furher approve the reliabity of the ultra low emission flow dust data.
