煤层高压脉动注水锤低压缸内流场特性试验研究

摘要: 为了分析煤层高压脉动注水锤装置冲击过程中低压缸内部流场及特性,通过搭建试验测量系统和瞬态数据采集系统,测取不同触发弹簧工作下低压缸内各测点处的压力,研究了水锤装置冲击过程中低压缸内同一高度不同角度处的压力分布情况,以及不同高度和进水口处的压力变化情况。结果表明:同一高度不同角度处压力差异可忽略;且在冲击零点时刻,低压区先扩大到低压缸体的中上部分空间,再逐渐扩大到其他位置。冲击过程中低压缸内和进水口处压力在很短的时间内瞬间降低,达到终值压力并保持不变。Abstract: In order to analyze the internal flow field and features of the low pressure cylinder in the impact process of the high pressure pulse water injection hamm er device, an experiment measuring system and the transient data acquisition system were established to measure and collect the pressure of each measuring point in t he low pressure cylinder under the different trigger spring working and to study the pressure distribution conditions at a same height with different angle within the low p ressure cylinder and the pressure variation conditions at the different height and the water inlet within the low pressure cylinder during the impact process of the water i njection hammer.The experiment showed that the pressure difference at the same height with different angle could be neglected.When the impact was at the zero point, the low pressure zone would be firstly expanded to the middle and top section space of the low pressure cylinder and then steadily expanded to other locations.The pre ssure within the low pressure cylinder and at the water inlet during the impact process would be transiently reduced within a short period and would be kept stable when the final pressure reached.
