冻结器内纵向测温判定冻结壁出水位置技术

Technology of determination on location of freezing wall water outlet for internal temperature measurement of freezer

  • 摘要: 为了准确判断伊犁一矿副井冻结工程冻结壁出水位置,对主冻结孔的冻结器内纵向进行测温,根据冻结孔停冻后单根冻土柱导热规律,建立了瞬时停冻后冻土圆柱内冻结温度场分布的数学计算模型;通过冻结器内纵向测温数据,获得了新疆伊犁一矿副井主冻结孔各冻结器内纵向温度分布规律,借助Maple数学计算软件对伊犁一矿副井主冻结孔各冻结器内纵向温度数据进行了分析,从而准确判定了冻结壁出水位置,为冻结壁出水事故处理提供了科学依据。

     

    Abstract: In order to accurately judge a freezing wall water outlet location of the mine auxiliary shaft freezing project in Yili No. 1 Mine,atemperature measurement wa S conducted in internal longitudinal direction of the freezer in the main freezing hole. According to a heattransfer law of a single frozen soil pillar after the freezing hole stop ped its freezing operation,a mathematic calculation model of the freezingtemperature field distribution within the freezing soil pillar after an instant stop of the freezing was established. With the internal longitudi-nal temperature measured data of the freezer,the internal longitudinal temperature distribution law of each freezer in main freezing h ole ofthe mine auxiliary shaft in Xinjiang Yili No.1 Mine was obtained. The Maple mathematic calculation software was applied to the analysison the internal longitudinal te mperature data of each freezer in the main freezing hole of the mine auxiliary shaft in Yili No. 1 Mine. Thusthe location of the water outlet in the freezing wall was accuratel y judged and could provide a scientific basis to treat the water leakage ac-cident of the freezing wall.
