Study on SVPWM Algorithm of 60° Coordinate System Mine Frequency Converter

  • 摘要: 针对传统的煤矿井下矿用变频器SVPWM算法计算复杂的缺点,研究了基于60°坐标系的矿用变频器的SVPWM算法,该算法只需进行简单的逻辑判断就可以得到参考矢量的具体位置,并且用简单的加减运算就可以得到基本矢量作用时间,能够大幅简化SVPWM的运算。在此基础上,对60°坐标系下的SVPWM算法过调制进行了研究,DSP的波形表明了基于60°坐标系的煤矿井下矿用变频器SVPWM算法的正确性。

     

    Abstract: According to the complicated calculation shortage of the SVPWM algorithm for the conventional frequency converter in the underground mine,the paper had a study on the SVPWM algorithm of the mine frequency converter based on the 60° coordinate system.With a simple logical judgment,the algorithm could have the certain location of the reference vector.With the simple plus and minus operation,the basic vector function time could be obtained and the SVPWM operation could be hi ghly simplified.Based on the circumstances,a study was conducted on the over modulation of the SVPWM algorithm under the 60° coordinate system.DSP waves showe d that based on the mine with the 60° coordinate system,the SVPWM algorithm of the mine frequency converter would be correct.
