低透松软破碎厚煤层水力扩孔增透技术研究

Study on hydraulic creaming technology in low permeability and soft friable thick coal seam

  • 摘要: 针对云南能投观音山煤矿一井C5煤层地质条件复杂、瓦斯压力大、含量高、煤质松软、透气性差、抽采达标时间长等问题,结合高压水射流力扩孔的技术原理和特点,提出采用底板穿层钻孔“钻扩一体化”的增透技术措施,并在矿区内开展了试验研究 。通过现场研究表明,采用“钻扩一体化”增透技术措施能有效提高单个钻孔的暴露面积,改变煤层裂隙及应力分布状态,扩孔后单孔瓦斯体积分数平均提高1.4倍,抽采量增加2.8倍,缩短穿层钻孔抽采达标时间。该试验的成功为本矿井及类似矿井提高煤层透气性提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: The gas extraction of C5 coal seam of No.1 Guanyinshan Coal Mine in Yunnan Province is difficult to implement because the mine has complicated geological conditions, high gas pressure, high gas content, soft coal seam,and low coal permeability.To solve the problem, this paper proposed a technology named “drilling and enlarging integration” which increases coal permeability by drilling holes from floor. The technology was implemented in Guanyinshan Mine as a case study. The results show that the exposed area of the drilling holes is increased and the distribution of coal fracture and stress is changed when using the drilling and enlarging integration.After reaming, the average gas concentration of single hole increased by 1.4 times and the drainage volume increased by 2.8 times, and the extraction time is shortened. The paper provides important reference for increasing coal permeability for mines similar to Guanyinshan Coal Mine.
