带式输送机双侧犁式卸料器力学分析与结构优化

Mechanics Analysis and Structure Optimization on Bilateral Plow Type Unloader of Belt Conveyor

  • 摘要: 为计算满足应力条件下带式输送机双侧犁式卸料器导向板合理的夹角和板长,分析了带式输送机用双侧犁式卸料装置的受力特点,推导出卸料导向板的挤压和剪切强度条件公式,根据理论力学中动量守恒定律,求出运动物料对卸料导向板的动态冲击力,将其代入挤压和剪切强度条件公式,进而推导出双侧犁式卸料器的夹角与卸料导向板的正应力、双侧犁式卸料器导向板板长和剪切应力之间的关系,采用MATLAB软件得出导向板夹角和剪切应力、正应力的关系曲线,找出曲线中的规律特点。通过分析给出带式输送机双侧犁式卸料器优化结论,即建议带式输送机双侧犁式卸料器的导向板夹角在40°~90°取值,并根据相关公式可以得出其合理的导向板板长。

     

    Abstract: In order to calculate and meet the rational intersection angle and plate length of the guide plate in the bilateral plow type unloader of the belt conveyor u nder the stress condition, the paper analyzed the stressed features of the bilateral plow type unloader applied in the belt conveyor and derived the extrusion and shear strength condition formula of the unloading guide plate .According to the momentum conservation law in the theoretical mechanics, with the dynamic impact force of the moving material to the unloading guide plate calculated was put in the compression and shearing strength condition formula, the relationship between the intersection a ngle of the bilateral plow type unloader and the direct stress of the unloading guide plate and the relationship between the plate length of the guide plate and the shear stress in the bilateral plow type unloader were derived.The MATLAB software was applied to have the relationship curve of the intersection angle, shear stress and dire ct stress of the guide plate and find out the law and features in the curves.With the analysis, the conclusion on the bilateral plow type unloader optimization of the belt C onveyor was provided and the intersection angle of the guide plate in the bilateral plow type unloader of the belt conveyor was proposed as 40°90° .With a related formul a, an rational length of the guide plate could be obtained.
