沸腾床与固定床组合工艺加氢处理煤焦油试验研究

Experiment study on fluidized bed and fixed bed combined technique hydrogenation to process coal tar

  • 摘要: 为探索适宜煤焦油加工处理的组合工艺,提出沸腾床加氢预处理-固定床加氢裂化组合工艺处理煤焦油的思路,并在STRONG沸腾床加氢试验装置上进行试验。试验结果表明:沸腾床加氢预处理可大幅降低煤焦油原料中的S、N、残炭及金属等含量,降低不饱和分含量;生成油能够满足直接进固定床加氢处理要求;经固定床加氢处理后生成油性质得到改善:轻石脑油S、N含量均小于1.0μg/g,芳烃潜含量为56%,可以作为重整原料;柴油馏分密度0.856 6 g/cm3,S含量50μg/g以下,十六烷值高达53,可以作柴油调和组分或生产合格柴油;尾油以蜡油为主,S、N含量分别为59、21μg/g,残炭含量为0.15%,可作加氢裂化原料。

     

    Abstract: In order to discover a combined technique suitable to process the coal tar,an idea was provided on a fluidized bed hydrogenationpre-processing-fixed bed h ydrocracking combined technique to process the coal tar and an experiment was conducted on a STRONG fluid-ized bed hydrocracking test device. The experiment results showed that the fluidized bed hydrogenation pre-processing could highly re-duce S,N,carbon residue,metal and other contents in the coal tar raw material and could reduce the unsaturated content. The generated oilcould meet the requirements to directly in a foxed bed hydrogenation processing. After the fixed bed hydrogenation processing,t . he genera-ted oil quality was improved,a naphtha S and N content were all less than 1. 0 μg/ g and aromatic latent was 56% and could be the refinedraw material. Distillati on density of 0.856 6 g/ cm3,S content less than 50 μg/ g,hexadecane value over 53 would be a diesel harmoniouscomponents and could produce a qualified diesel. The t ail oil would be wax oil mainly,the S and N content would be 59 and 21 μg/ g indi-vidually,the carbon residue content was 0. 15% and could be hydrogenation raw material.
