  • 摘要: 为了更好地提高选煤厂循环水系统的能源使用效率,结合大柳塔选煤厂循环水系统的节能实践,通过探讨水泵叶轮切割节能、变频调速节能、三元流改造水泵等节能方法在大柳塔选煤厂循环水系统应用中存在的问题,并进行分析比较,提出更加适合系统节能的解决思路和技术方案,突破了单纯从循环水泵角度节能局限束缚,充分利用了现有设备资源,兼顾系统优化组合,平顺衔接设备接口,强化系统功能匹配优选,充分利用电动机效能,最终获得了系统设备能效提高50%的节能成果。在大柳塔选煤厂的实践表明:系统节能优于设备节能,全局考量优于单科单项的节能思路,为进一步开拓选煤循环水系统节能潜力的研究提供了有益尝试。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the energy uiliation efficiency of the water circulated system for coal preparation, in combination with the energy saving practices o n the water circulated system applied in Daliuta Mine, the paper discussed the problems existed in the water circulated system of Daliuta Coal preparation plant with th e application of the impeller cutting energy saving method of the water pump, energy saving of variable frequency speed regulation, water pump reconstruction with thre e dimensional flow and other energy saving methods. With the analysis and comparison conducted, the paper provided solution and technical plans suitable for energy saving of system. The limit and restriction on the water circulated pump only was broken through, the available equipment resources were fully utilized, the optimum Co mbination of system was considered and the equipment interfaces were smoothly connected to meet the upgrading of production requirement and to enhance the match ing optimization of system function. The performances of electric motor could be fully utilized and finally the system equipment performances could be improved by 50% as the energy saving achievement. The practices in Daliuta Coal Preparation Plant showed that the energy saving of the system was better than the energy saving of th e equipment and the full consideration was better than the energy saving idea of single item and single object which could provide beneficial trial further to develop the study on the energy saving potential of the water circulated system for the coal preparation.
