煤矿巷道维修中注浆对初次支护的作用分析

Analysis on Grouting Role to First Support in Mine Roadway Repair

  • 摘要: 针对目前煤矿生产中有一些使用年限较长的巷道由于初期支护强度、方式不合理,或者受采掘影响,导致巷道变形破坏严重,其浅部围岩已经完全破坏,裂隙也逐步向围岩深部扩展,常规的支护手段已经没有支护基础等问题,通过数值模拟软件UDEC模拟分析注浆对变形破坏巷道的原锚索支护的影响,以及对改善破碎围岩状态的作用。得出通过注浆可改善原有锚杆(索)支护的作用、改变围岩的状态,为后期的扩巷、加固提供可靠的基础。在此基础上提出对破坏巷道采取注浆后打设锚索的加固方案来解决五阳煤矿76架空人车巷的修复加固问题,修复后围岩收敛变形率不大于5%。

     

    Abstract: According to the some mine roadways been used for a long period in the present production mines, due to the initial support strength, irational support mode or mining operation influences, serious deformation ailures occurred on the mine roadways, the surrounding rocks with shallow mining depth were completed fail ure, the cracks in the surrounding rocks were expanded forward to the deep section the conventional support means would have no support base. The numerical simulat ion software UDEC was applied to simulate and analyze the grouting affected to the previous anchor support of the deformed and failed mine roadway and to the role to improve the broken surrounding rock status.The grouting application could improve the previous bolt (anchor) support function, improve the surrounding rock status and provide the reliable basis to the gateway expansion and reinforcement.Based on the circumstance, after the grouting operation conducted to the failed gateway, the anc hor reinforcement alternative was provided to solve the repair and reinforcement of No.76 overhead manriding gateway in Wuyang Mine.After the repair of the gateway, the convergence deformation rate of the surrounding rock would be less than 5%.
