大采高长工作面三级瓦斯抽采模式研究

Study on Three Stage Gas Drainage Mode of High Cutting and Long Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 针对高瓦斯矿井寺河煤矿大采高长工作面瓦斯治理难度大的问题,采用地面钻孔抽采、千米钻机与普通钻机递进掩护抽采以及本煤层顺层钻孔抽采的立体空间式三级瓦斯抽采模式,实现了地面压裂与井下瓦斯抽采相结合。结果表明:实施三级瓦斯抽采模式后,瓦斯抽采量由18.28 m3/min提高至184.00 m3/min,累计抽采瓦斯量达3 783.081万m3,瓦斯抽采率达49%,有效杜绝了工作面和上隅角瓦斯超限,保证了工作面安全高效回采。

     

    Abstract: According to the high difficulty problem of the gas control in the high cutting long coal mining face in high gassy Sihe Mine, a 3D type three stage gas dr ainage mode of a surface borehole gas drainage, the progressive shield gas drainage with 1 000 meters boreholes and the gas drainage with boreholes along seam wa S applied and the surface pressurized fracturing and underground gas drainage combination was realized.The results showed that, after the three stage gas drainage m ode conducted, the gas drainage value was improved from 18.28 m3/min to 184.00 m3/min, the total gas drainage value was 37 .830 81 million m3 and the gas drainage rate was 49%.The gas over limits at the coal mining face and the upper corner were effectively eliminated and the safety and high efficient coal mining of the coal minin g face was ensured.
