海域巷道围岩岩性结构特征及回采巷道支护实践

Lithological Structure Features of Surrounding Rock in Mine Gateway Under Sea and Practices on Mining Gateway Support

  • 摘要: 为了解决龙口北皂海域煤系典型的三软地层开采巷道变形较大、支护困难、支护费用较高等问题,在充分考虑海域煤系地层岩性松软、胶结程度差、强度低、具有较强的膨胀性和蠕变现象等特点的基础上,研究了海域围岩的物质构成和结构特征、物理以及力学性质,分析了海域采煤超前支承压力的分布变化及显现规律,对海域采煤材料巷、运输巷(运输巷转载机段巷道)的支护形式进行探索实践,取得了良好的支护效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve a deformation, support difficulty, high support cost and other problems of the mining gateway in the typical "soft roof, coal and floor" str atum of coal measures under Beizao Sea of Longkou, based on the full consideration on the soft and weak lithology of the coal measures strata under sea, poor binding degree, low strength, high swelling and creep phenomenon, the paper studied the material composition and structure features and the physical and mechanics propertie S of the surrounding rocks under the sea area and analyzed the advance support pressure distribution variation and the behavior law of the coal mining under the sea.A discovery practices were conducted on the support methods of the mining material gateway, transportation gateway (stage loader gateway of the transportation gatewa y) under the seam and good support effects were obtained.
