放顶煤液压支架的创新与发展

Innovation and Development of Hydraulic Powered Caving Support

  • 摘要: 回顾我国放顶煤技术的发展历程,介绍了我国放顶煤液压支架的创新成果,着重阐述我国放顶煤液压支架的最新发展、大采高放顶煤液压支架的应用及其采用的关键技术,如:专利技术新型双四连杆中通式大空间支架稳定机构、抗冲击立柱、支架稳定性措施及煤壁片帮控制措施等。分析了新型分体组合式直线型放顶煤液压支架的特点及其适应性和稳定性,并提出放顶煤液压支架发展的方向应为:发展两柱放顶煤液压支架、轻型放顶煤液压支架、大采高放顶煤支架、浅埋深厚煤层放顶煤液压支架和深部矿井厚煤层放顶煤液压支架等。

     

    Abstract: The paper reviewed the development history of the top coal caving technology in China and introduced the innovated achievements of the hydraulic pow ered caving support in China.The paper stressed the new development of the hydraulic powered caving support in China.The paper stated the application of the hydraul ic powered high cutting and caving support and the key technologies, including the open large space support stabilized structure in the patent technology new double fo ur connection bar, the anti impact leg, the support stability measures and the coal wall spalling control measures and others.The paper analyzed the features of the new separated combined type straight line mode hydraulic powered caving support, the flexibility and the stability and provided the development orientation of the hydraulic powered caving support, including the development of the two leg hydraulic powered caving support, the light weight hydraulic powered caving support, the hydraulic po wered high cutting caving support, the hydraulic powered caving support in shallow depth thick seam, the hydraulic powered caving support in thick seam of deep mine and others.
