潘北矿回采工作面提高上限的采煤方法论证分析

Verification and Analysis on Upper Limit Increased Coal Mining Method in Coal Mining Face of Panbei Mine

  • 摘要: 因潘北矿11014工作面提高上限开采出现综采压架事故,为给该工作面选择合理采煤方法,经对工作面准备期预测资料和形成工作面后实际资料的研究对比,结合淮南矿区工作面提高开采上限的实际经验,采用计算机数值模拟和理论分析方法对该工作面选用的回采工艺进行技术论证,提出该工作面不适合采用综采。同时,着重分析了高档普采和炮采的利弊和采用炮采的安全保障措施,论证表明:对该上提工作面矿压显现规律还没有较好掌握,顶板控制技术不成熟,采用综采存在较大的压架风险;采用高档普采,因回采工艺本身所限,也易发生顶板事故;从安全、技术及经济因素综合分析,认为该工作面宜采用单体液压支柱配合铰接顶梁的炮采工艺。

     

    Abstract: Because of the hydraulic powered support jammed accident occurred by the up limit increased mining in No.11014 coal mining face of Panbei Mine, in or der to select a rational mining method for the coal mining face and to study and compare the predicted information of the coal mining face at the preparation period and the actual information of the coal mining face formed, in combination with the actual experiences of the up limit increased mining of the coal mining faces in Huainan Mi ning Area, the computer numerical simulation and theoretical analysis method were applied to verify the mining technique selected for the coal mining face and the fully mechanized coal mining was not suitable for the coal mining face. Meanwhile, the paper stressed the analysis on the advantage and disadvantage of the high rank conv entional mining and the drilling and blasting mining and the safety protection measures applied to the drilling and blasting mining.The verification showed that the mine pressure behavior law of the up limit coal mining face was not well mastered, the roof control technology was not matured and there was a large risk of the powered sup port jammed existed in the application of the fully mechanized coal mining.Due to the limitation of the mining technique, the application of the high rank conventional mi ning would be easy to have the roof accident occurred.From the comprehensive analysis on the safety, technical and economic factors, the coal mining face would be s uitable to have a drilling and blasting technique with the hydraulic single props and the connection beam.
