可视化远程干预型智能化采煤关键控制技术研究

Study on key control technology of visualized remote interference type intelligent mining

  • 摘要: 针对目前基于煤岩分界的自适应调高技术、水平控制技术等智能化采煤控制技术还难以突破的情况,为解决回采工作面的智能化采煤难题,进行了可视化远程干预型智能化采煤控制技术的研究。通过采用基于视频追踪、接力和拼接技术的工作面远景实时呈现的方法,研究了远程干预集中操作技术,集成融合采煤机记忆割煤技术、工作面跟机自动化控制技术,研制了综采智能控制系统。试验结果表明:实现了工作面内无人操作(仅1人巡视)的智能采煤常态化运行,将综采工作面每班作业人数由平均15人减少到3人。因此,利用该项技术能够实现综采工作面设备的智能化运行,能有效减少作业人数和提高综采工作面的安全生产水平。

     

    Abstract: Acording to an adaptve ranging technology based on the coal and rock boundary,horzontal contoltechnology and inteligent coal mining control technology are hard to have a breakthrough in ovder to solve the intigent cal mining dificuty of coal mining face a stucy on a conrol technology of the visualized remote nterference trpe inteient coal mining was conducted.Based on the video tracing.relay and mosaic echnology.a cal mining face television real-tie presence methodwas applied to study the remote interference concentrated operation technolcgythe inegraion fusion memor cutting techmogy ofthecoal shearer andthe uomaicontrolte chnology of the coal mining face fllowed up.And the iteient controlsystem of the ful mechanized coal mining was researched and developed.The test esults showed that an unmanned iteigent coal mining normal operation( only one man for inspecion) of the coal mining face was realized and the operation persomein each shift of the coal mining face were reduced from 15 person1el n average to 3 personel. Therefore techmnog the applcaton fechnolog could realte the ine.ent operation of equipment infully mechanized coal mining face,coul effectively reduce number of the operation persomel and could improve the sadety production level of fully mechanized coal mining face.
