Research and Application of Mine Water- Glycol Difficult- Flammable Fluids

  • 摘要: 煤矿井下使用的液压油多为石油基的可燃油品,存在很多安全隐患,因此,根据煤矿液压设备的用液要求,结合现用的46号液压油性能及指标,通过黏度指数、润滑性、防锈性等关键性能的分析,研究开发了矿用HFC型水-乙二醇难燃液压液,其性能指标与46号液压油相当。对研制的产品进行了台架对比试验和工业性试验,通过试验证明其性能指标可满足矿用液压设备的使用要求,为煤矿用液向难燃性方向发展提供了新的途径。

     

    Abstract: Due to the hydraulic oils applied in the underground mine are mostly petroleum-based flammable oil products with a safety dangers in potential. Based on the circumstances, according to the liquids requirements applied to the mine hydraulic equipments, in combination with the performances and index of the available No. 46 hydraulic oil, with the analysis on the viscosity index, lubricity, rust proof and other key performances, a mine HFC water glycol difficlt-flammable hydraulic liquid wa s researched and developed and the performance index of the hydraulic liquid would be similar to No.46 hydraulic oil.The rig comparison test and the industrial test wer e conducted on the developed oil products.The test results showed that the performances index could meet the application requirements of the mine hydraulic equipme nts and could provide a new access to the development of the difficult-flammable mine liquid.
