大柳塔煤矿22103综采面压架机理及防治技术

Hydraulic Powered Support Jammed Mechanism and Prevention Technology of Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face in Daliuta Mine

  • 摘要: 根据神东矿区浅埋煤层开采压架机理的已有认识,对大柳塔煤矿22103综采面支架在12 000 kN工作阻力时发生压架事故的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的防治对策。结果表明,附近小煤矿对上煤层的越界开采,使得22103工作面回采经历了推出上覆遗留煤柱的开采状况;而在此过程中,煤柱上方三铰式关键块体结构的相对旋转运动会造成2煤层间关键层结构上的载荷过大而失稳,最终引起工作面的压架。据此提出应首先探明上覆煤柱的分布情况,通过减小煤柱上方关键块体的回转空间、降低采高以及提高支护质量等措施进行压架事故的防范。

     

    Abstract: According to the understanding of the hydraulic powered support jammed mechanism in coal mining in seam with a shallow mining depth,the paper analy zed the cause of the hydraulic powered support jammed accident occurred when the hydraulic powered support had a working resistance of 12 000 kN in No.22103 fully mechanized coal mining face of Daliuta Mine.The relative prevention and control measures were provided.The results showed that an over boundary mining in the up se am of a nearby small mine made the No.22103 coal mining face had a mining of the overlying left coal pillars during the coal mining process.During the process,the rela tive rotary movement of the three hinged key block structure above the coal pillar caused the load on the key layer structure between the two seams too higher and lost stability.Thus the powered supports in the coal mining face jammed.According to the conditions,the distribution conditions of the overlying coal pillar should be verified f irst and then the powered support jammed accident could be prevented with the reduction of the rotary space of the key block above the coal pillar,the reduction of the coal mining height,the improvement of the support quality and others.
