高泥化难浮煤泥重选试验研究

Study on Gravity Separation Experiment of High Muddy and Difficult Floated Slime

  • 摘要: 为提高高泥化难浮煤泥分选效果,以西召选煤厂难浮煤泥为研究对象,采用50 mm小直径新型水介旋流器,在不同结构参数(旋流器锥段结构、溢流管内径、底流口直径)和入料压力下,对其进行了重选试验。结果表明:水介旋流器底流灰分达80%,溢流中+0.045 mm物料灰分仅为6%,实现了难浮煤泥的高效分选。将新型水介旋流器与水力旋流器串联,可有效脱除分选后溢流中-0.045mm粒级物料,降低高灰细泥的污染,获得灰分18%的精煤,是难浮煤泥降灰提质的有效途径。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the separation effect of the high muddy and difficult floated slime ,taking the difficult floated slime in Xizhao Coal Preparation Plant as a study object,with different structure parameters( cone structure of the cyclone,inner diameter of the overflow pipe and diameter of underflow pipe) and the feeding pre ssure,a small diameter( 50 mm) new mode water medium cyclone was applied to the gravity separation experiment. The results showed that the ash content of underflo W in the water medium cyclone was about 80%,the ash content of + 0.045 mm coal in the overflow was only 6% and thus a high efficient separation of the difficult float ed slime could be realized. With the series connection between the new water medium cyclone and the hydraulic cyclone, the-0.045 mm particle material in the overflow could be effectively removed after the separation and the clean coal with an ash content of 18%. Thus the new water medium cyclone and the hydraulic cyclone would b e effective access to separate the difficult floated slime.
