水力诱导穿层钻孔喷孔煤层增透技术及工程应用

Seam Permeability Improvement Technology and Application with Hydraulic Guided Drilling Through . Strata and Borehole Blowing

  • 摘要: 依据煤与瓦斯突出机理,在分析低透气性突出煤层穿层钻孔喷孔煤体增透提高瓦斯抽放机理基础上,对煤体穿层钻孔的诱导喷孔工艺及瓦斯抽放钻孔布置进行了优化设计,并在淮北矿业集团祁南煤矿7煤层工作面进行了现场试验。结果表明:水力诱导穿层钻孔喷孔煤层增透可使孔群范围煤体透气性提高150余倍,单孔平均瓦斯抽采流量增加4倍以上;消除突出危险性煤层采用综合机械化掘进,月掘进进尺平均达200 m,较传统瓦斯治理方法下放炮掘进进尺可提高4~5倍。

     

    Abstract: According to the coal and gas outburst mechanism, based on the analysis on the drilling through seam and borehole blowing in the low permeability and outburst seam to improve the gas drainage mechanism, an optimized design was conducted on the introduction blowing technique and gas drainage borehole layout in t he seam drilling through strata.A site experiment was conducted on the coal mining face in No.7 seam of Qinan Mine of Huaibei Coal Mining Group.The experiment res ults showed that the hydraulic guided drilling through strata and blowing in seam could make the permeability of the seam within the borehole group improved by 150 ti mes.The average gas drainage rate of a single borehole was improved by over four times.The outburst danger seam for fully mechanized roadway heading was eliminat ed.The average heading rate was reached at 200 m/month and was 45 times higher than the driling and blasting heading with the conventional gas control method.
