钻机配油套密封间隙热胀量的计算与控制
Control and Calculation of Thermal Expansion for Oil Sleeve Sealing Clearance in Drilling Rig

摘要: 针对钻机配油套密封间隙随温度上升而增大导致密封性能下降的问题,对配油套的热胀规律进行研究,推导了密封间隙热胀量的计算式,探讨了控制密封间隙热胀量的措施,对配油套进行相应改进。理论计算结果和配油套改进效果验证,结果表明:将配油套的铜套壁厚减薄、钢套壁厚相应增厚且将钢套材料更换为2Cr13,能明显地控制配油套泄漏量对温度的敏感性,有利于改善密封性能。Abstract: According to the sealing performances decreased caused by the sealing clearance of the oil sleeve applied in the drilling rig increased with the temperat ure increased, a study on the thermal expansion law of the oil sleeve was conducted, a calculation formula was derived for the thermal expansion value of the sealing cl earance, the measures to control the thermal expansion of the sealing clearance were discussed and the relative improvements were conducted on the oil sleeve. The e xperiment verification and the theoretical calculation results showed that as the copper wall thickness of the oil sleeve reduced and the steel wall thickness relatively in creased, the improved plan of the steel sleeve material replaced with the 2Cr13 would clearly control the sensitivity of the leakage value to the temperature and would b e favorable to improve the sealing performances.
