Mining Key Technology with 6.2 m High Cutting Height in High Gassy Mine

  • 摘要: 研制了大采高液压支架,使工作面采煤机一次截割高度突破了6 m,建立了井上井下立体抽采模式,采用"三进两回"高瓦斯工作面通风方式、大断面煤巷快速掘进与支护工艺,形成了一套6.2 m厚煤层一次采全高技术和工艺,在高瓦斯厚煤层条件下实现了安全高效开采,工作面最高日产量达到了3.5万t,工作面年产超过了700万t,巷道掘进月进尺达到了1 800 m,为我国厚煤层高效开采提供了借鉴经验。

     

    Abstract: With the research and development of the high cutting hydraulic powered support, a pass cutting height of a coal mining face over 6 m could the made b y a coal shearer.A cubic gas drainage mode with the surface and underground boreholes, a ventilation mode of a high gassy coal mining face with three fresh air ways and two air returning ways and a large section seam gateway rapid driving and support technique was developed.Thus a completed set of 6.2 m thick seam one pass fu II cutting technology and technique was formed and a safety and high efficient mining was realized under the high gassy and thick seam conditions.The highest day pro duction of the coal mining face reached at 35 000 t, the annual production of the coal mining face was over 7 million t and the advancing rate of the gateway driving rea ched 1 800 m per month.All those provided the references to the high efficient mining in thick seam.
