本煤层瓦斯压力测定新技术研究

摘要: 为了提高本煤层钻孔原始瓦斯压力的测定精度,根据煤层钻孔周围应力分布规律,探讨了煤层钻孔封孔装备和封孔材料性能,研究了在不具备施工穿层钻孔的地质条件下,采用煤层钻孔来测定瓦斯压力。经过试验,确定了在普通硅酸盐水泥中掺入质量分数为5%的铝酸盐水泥作为煤层瓦斯压力测定的封孔注浆材料,并采用胶囊、复合材料、聚氨酯综合封孔工艺,通过与同一试验地点穿层钻孔的瓦斯压力测定数据对比,发现采用煤层钻孔与穿层钻孔测定的瓦斯压力相近,相近度在97%以上,表明了应用该技术测定本煤层瓦斯压力是准确可行的。Abstract: In order to improve the measuring accuracy of the borehole original gas pressure in the mining seam, according to the stress distribution law of the seam borehole surrounding, the paper discussed the seam borehole sealing equipment and the sealing material performances and studied the gas pressure measurement wit h the seam borehole under the geological conditions not suitable for the borehole dilling passed through the strata.With the experiments, the Portland cement would be added with the 5% (quantity fraction) of the aluminate cement to be the borehole sealing and grouting material for the seam gas pressure measurement.The comprehen sive borehole sealing technique with the capsule, the complex material and polyurethane was applied.With the data comparison with the gas pressure measurements of the boreholes passed through strata at the same experiment location, the results showed that the measured results of the two methods would be similar to each other a nd the similarity grade would be over 97%.The result showed that the applied technology to measure the gas pressure of the mining seam would be accurate and feasib
