围压对注CO2置换煤层CH4效果的影响研究

  • 摘要: 为研究注CO2置换煤层CH4过程中围压对置换效果的影响,以沁水煤田圆柱体原煤试样为研究对象,进行了不同围压条件下的注CO2置换煤层CH4效果试验。结果表明:CO2置换试验过程中,煤层吸附CO2能力强于CH4;煤层中吸附相CO2浓度随围压增加而降低,随注入压力降低而增加,而CH4浓度呈现相反的变化趋势;试验中CH4单位压降解吸率均高于CO2;同时随围压的增加,CH4单位压降解吸率依次降低,显示出低围压时置换效果更好;围压8、12、16、20 MPa条件下,注CO2置换试验中CH4单位压降解吸率相对于纯CH4解吸试验分别提高了119.6%、112.7%、107.5%、106.5%,可见煤层注CO2能有效提高煤层CH4的采出率,且低围压条件下置换效果更为显著。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the surrounding pressure affected to the replacement effect in the process of CO2 injection to replace CH4 in coal seam,based on cylindric al raw coal specimen from Qinshui Coalfield as the study object,a experiment of CO2 injection to replace CH4 was conducted under different surrounding pressure conditio n.The results showed that in the process of CO2 injection replacement experiment,the CO2 adsorption capacity of coal was higher than CH4. The concentration of adsorbed phase CO2 in the coal would be reduced with the surrounding pressure increased,and increased with the injection pressure decreased and the concentration of adsorbed p hase CH4 would be in a reverse varied tendency.During the experiment,the CH4 desorption rate was higher than that of CO2 with the specific pressure decreasing.Meanwh ile with the surrounding pressure increased,the CH4 desorption rate at the specific pressure decrease would be reduced in sequence and would be a better replacement eff ect in low surrounding pressure period.Under the surrounding pressure condition of 8, 12,16 and 20 MPa,in CO2 injection replacement experiment,CH4 desorption rate with the specific pressure decreased was improved by 119.6%,112.7%,107.5% and 106 .5% individually relative to the pure CH4 desorption experiment,thus CO2 injection in the seam could clearly and effectively improve the CH4 recovery rate and the replacement effect under the condition of the low surrounding pressure would be more obvious.
