厚层软弱顶板巷道综合支护技术研究

摘要: 为了解决厚层软弱顶板巷道变形量大、支护困难的难题,采用数值模拟手段分析了和顺正邦煤矿原支护条件下应力分布规律,提出优化巷道断面巷道形状、围岩薄弱区加固、采取综合支护的围岩控制技术,并采取超强锚杆、锚网索联合支护和薄弱区域注浆加固的综合支护措施,采取优化的围岩控制技术和综合支护措施后,应力集中区应力峰值比原支护方式降低了63.64%,两帮相对移近量减小了28 mm,减小25.93%,顶底板移近量降低46 mm,降低了58.23%,工作面推进40 m后巷道顶底板相对移近量不再变化,厚层软弱顶板应采用综合支护技术。Abstract: in order to soive the high deformation and ificut suppor problems of the gateway with the tick and sot oofthe nunerical simulatio means was appied to analyze the stress distibution law under the previous suppor condititon in Heshun Zhengbang Maine. 'he paper provided the optimized cross section shape. the renforcement of th surounding rock weak area and surounding rock controltechnolog with the comprehensive support A comprehensive suppot measurewvith the super power bolt.the bolt / steel mesh l anchor conbined support and th grouting reinforcement of the weak area was applied .Afer the optimized surounding rock conrotechndogy and comprehesive suport measures conducted,the stress peak inthe stress concentrated area was reduced by 63.64% and the relevant convergence betwee the twvo sidewells was reduced with 28 m and was reduced by 25.93%. The convergence value between the roof and foor was reduced with 46 mm and was reduced by 58.25%.Afer the ceal mining face vas pushed forward with 40 m,the relevant convergence between the roof and foor was no changed and the comprehensivesupport technology should be applied to the thick and weak roof.
