高温采煤工作面集中供冷和分段供冷方式对比分析

Comparison analysis on centralized cooling and sectional cooling methods of high temperature coal mining face

  • 摘要: 为了研究采煤工作面空冷器供冷方式对工作面温度的影响,基于能量守恒定律及热传递原理,采用有限元分析软件和现场试验的方法对采煤工作面集中供冷及分段供冷的方式进行研究。发现2种供冷方式均对采煤工作面的温度起到降温作用;实例中分段供冷方式采煤工作面平均温度为27.5℃,比采用集中供冷方式采煤工作面平均温度低0.3℃;通过计算方差,分段供冷方式采煤工作面方差仅为0.079,集中供冷方式采煤工作面温度方差为0.585。结果表明:分段供冷方式能够给采煤工作面提供更低、更稳定的温度,能够保证整个采煤工作面具有更好的工作温度环境。

     

    Abstract: in order to study the coling method of the air cooler in the coal mining face affected to the temperature of the coal mining face,based on the energy conservation law and heat tansmission principle,the fite element analysis software and the site experiment method were appied to the study on the centralized coling and the sectional cooling methods of the coal mining face. The two cooling mnethods found both could have the temperaturecooling function to the coal mining face. In the practices,the average temperature of the coal mining face with the sectional cooling method was 27.5 ℃Cand was 0.3 C lower than the average temperature of the coal mining face with the centralized cooling method.With the variance of the calculation thevariance of the coal mining face with the sectional cooling method was0.078 only and the temperature variance of the coal mining face with the centralized cooling method was 0.585.The results showed that the sectional cooling method could provide much lowe mining face and ensure a better working temperature environment to the coal mining face.
