Research on Portable Intelligent Detector of Hydraulic Powered Support Based on Micro Processor

  • 摘要: 通过对液压支架产生故障形式和原因进行统计分析,给出了在不拆卸支架情况下快速确定故障部位的检测方案。根据故障原因设计了新型的基于MPS430F427高性能单片机的便携式智能液压支架故障测试仪。应用该测试仪对已出现故障的液压支架进行了准确快速的故障定位,并精确检验故障程度,同时对运行中的液压支架进行工作状态判断,可自动给出检验结果并进行现场打印。

     

    Abstract: With the statistic analysis on the fault type and cause of the hydraulic powered support, the detection plan to rapidly determine the fault location under th e condition of non-disassembled powered support was provided According to the fault cause, a new portable intelligent fault detector of the hydraulic powered support was designed based on the MPS430F427 high performance micro processor.With the application of the detector, an accurate and rapid fault positioning could be condu cted on the hydraulic powered support with a fault occurred and the fault degree could be accurately detected.Meanwhile the working status judgement was conducted on the hydraulic powered support in operation, the detection results with the site printing could be automatically provided.
