防爆盖自动启闭控制在应急救援中的应用探讨

Discussion on application of explosion-proof cover automatically opening and closing control in mine emergency rescue system

  • 摘要: 针对主通风机防爆盖复位速度慢、自动化程度低等问题,介绍了防爆盖自动启闭控制及其功能,并结合煤矿应急救援特点,构建了一套基于防爆盖自动启闭控制的应急救援体系。通过对地面远程监测监控系统架构、远程监测监控系统数据流程和防爆盖应急救援响应程序等内容的分析,探讨了防爆盖自动启闭控制系统在煤矿应急救援体系中的应用方法。结果表明:防爆盖的自动启闭控制能够为灾后人员救护、抢险救灾等工作的顺利进行创造良好条件,能够最大限度地减少煤矿事故造成的人员伤亡和财产损失,可扩展应用到煤矿行业应急救援体系的建设。

     

    Abstract: According to the problem of slow reset speed and low automation level of main ventilator explosion-proof cover,the automatically opening and closing control and function were introduced.A set of emergency rescue system based on automatic control of explosion proof cover is established combine with the characteristics of mine emergency rescue.The application method of explosion-proof cover automatically opening and closing control in the emergency rescue system of coal mine is discussed through the analysis of remote monitoring system architecture,remote monitoring system data flow and explosion-proof cover emergency response program,and so on.The results showed that the application of explosion-proof cover automatically opening and closing control in emergency rescue system can create favorable conditions for the smooth operation of post-disaster rescue,rescue and disaster relief,the minimize casualties and property losses caused by accidents and be extended to the coal industry construction of emergency rescue system.
