综采面刮板输送机状态监测及故障诊断系统设计

Design on Status Monitoring and Fault Diagnosis System of Scraper Conveyor in Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face

  • 摘要: 针对综采工作面刮板输送机缺乏状态监测及故障诊断系统,以建立高产高效无人值守自动化工作面为目标,设计开发了一种基于PLC的综采工作面刮板输送机状态监测及故障诊断系统,简要介绍了系统的整体结构,着重阐述了系统的状态监测和故障诊断功能及其实现过程。实际使用结果表明:该系统运行稳定、测量精度高,能够准确地在线监测刮板输送机的运行状态、诊断刮板输送运行故障,并给出预警信息。

     

    Abstract: In order to establish a safety, high production and high efficient unmanned automatic coal mining face, according to the present status of the lacking stat us monitoring and measuring as well as fault diagnosis system to the scraper conveyor of the fully mechanized coal mining face, a status monitoring and measuring as well as fault diagnosis system of the scraper conveyor applied in the fully mechanized coal mining face was designed and developed based on the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) .The paper introduced the completed structure of the system and stated the status monitoring and measuring and fault diagnosis function of the system and the realized process.The actual application results showed that the operation of the system was stable and the measuring accuracy was high.The system could be accurately to on time monitor and measure the operation status of the scraper conveyor, to diagnose the operation fault of the scraper conveyor and to provide the early warning information.
