煤矿防爆车辆混合式空气悬架及其控制系统设计

Design on Mixed Air Suspension and Control System of Mine Flame Proof Vehicle

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿防爆车辆悬架系统隔振性能和乘坐舒适性差等现状,提出了一种用于煤矿防爆车辆混合式空气悬架装置,并阐述了空气弹簧的计算公式与选型方法,同时为了满足空气弹簧与高度阀的联合使用和协调动作,设计了该混合式空气悬架的控制系统,该悬架装置已在WC6R(B)型煤矿用防爆指挥车中应用。工业性试验和实际使用情况表明:该悬架固有频率可以根据需要适当地改变,具有变刚度特性、高度可调、隔振性能好、质量小等优点,改善了乘坐舒适性。

     

    Abstract: According to the present status of poor vibration isolation performances of the suspension system in mine flame proof vehicle and the poor sitting comfor tbility, a mixed air suspension device suitable applied to the mine flame proof vehicle was provided.The paper stated the calculation formula and the selection method of the air spring.In order to meet the combined application and coordinated actions of the air spring and the height control valve, a control system of the mixed air suspe nsion frame was designed.The suspension device was applied to the WC6R (B) mine flame proof command car.The industrial experiments and actual applications show ed that the available frequency of the suspension frame could be suitably varied according to the requirements.With the advantages of the varied rigidity feature, adjust able height, good vibration isolation performance, light weight and others, the sitting comfortability was improved.
