空巷似膏体材料充填技术研究

Study on backfill technology with paste-like material in mine abandoned roadway

  • 摘要: 针对巷式开采遗留空巷影响工作面正常回采的问题,采用粉煤灰基似膏体材料对空巷进行充填试验,研究了充填辅料含量分别为3%、4%、5%时材料基本理化性能,并对充填工艺及充填效果进行分析。结果表明:随着辅料含量的增加,抗压强度逐渐增加,至充填辅料含量5%时,90 d单轴抗压强度为6.55 MPa,膨胀率为2.4%左右可使充填体接顶良好,抗压强度满足要求,30 min内浆液流动性大于210 mm。结合现场系统半连续搅拌、连续放浆,配合合理的循环比,可实现管路自流输送,空巷充填消除了空巷瓦斯、水患、顶板等隐患,提高了煤炭采出率。

     

    Abstract: According to the abandoned roadway left by the mining operation affected to the normal mining operation of the coal mining face,fly ash paste-like material were applied to the backfill test in the abandoned roadway. The basic physical and chemical properties of the material were studied when the backfill auxiliary material cont ent with 3%, 4% and 5%. An analysis was conducted on the backfill technology and backfill effect. The results showed that the auxiliary material content increased,the com pressive strength would be steadily increased. When the auxiliary material content was 5%,uniaxial compressive strength with 90 days was 6. 55 MPa,when the expansion rate was about 2. 4%,the backfill material could be well connected with the roof. The compressive strength could meet the requirements and within 30 min,the grout fluidity would be higher than 210 mm. In combination with the site system semi continuous stirring,continuous grouting and the rational circulation ratio,a pipe self flow conveying was realized,the backfill of the abandoned roadway eliminated the gas disaster,water disaster,roof disaster and other hidden dangers and the coal mining recovery rate wa s improved.
