7m大采高综采智能化工作面成套装备研制

Development of intelligent sets equipment for fully -mechanized 7 m height mining face

  • 摘要: 为实现晋陕蒙地区7 m左右厚煤层的安全高效自动化生产,研制7 m大采高综采智能化成套装备。针对采高增加而带来的围岩控制、巷道与工作面过渡、工作面设备协调控制以及运输系统可靠性等难题,采用液压支架智能耦合控制、大梯度过渡、工作面直度调控、煤流平衡控制、设备参数在线监测等新技术,研制出7 m大采高液压支架,通过80 000次的循环加载寿命试验;工作面大功率运输设备运量达到4 500 t/h;工作面智能控制系统实现了350 m长工作面综采成套装备的精确控制和协调联动。成套装备在陕煤集团红柳林矿进行工业性试验,工作面作业人员由14人减少至5人,最高月产达111万t,工作面年生产能力达1 200万t。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the safety and efficient automatic mining to 7 m coal seam in Shanxi, Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia Area,a set of intelligent fully- mechanize d mining equipment for 7 m height coal seam was developed. Surrounding rock control,transition from workface to roadway,equipment coordination control and transportati on system reliability were significant stumbling blocks caused by mining height going up. To solve these problems ,new technologies were investigated that intelligent coupli ng control,high gradient transition,workface straightening,control of coal flow and work ability of scraper convey. The 7 m hydraulic support was designed and underwent 80 000 times loading circle. The ability of scraper convey was up to 4 500 t/ h. Workface intelligent control system can accurately coordinate the machines working along 350 m workface. Through industrial test in Hongliulin Mine,mining personnel in workface reduced from 14 to 5,and output per month was up to 1. 11 million tons and 12 million t ons coal could be produced annually.
