深井复杂条件下冲击地压主动防治技术

Initiative prevention and control technology of mine pressure bump under complicated condition of deep mine

  • 摘要: 为解决深井复杂条件下冲击地压防治问题,以古城煤矿2103工作面为研究对象,研究了厚关键层强冲击倾向性工作面的冲击地压发生机理,利用宏观评价法对工作面进行评价并划分危险区域等级,结合微地震监测与应力在线监测采取强预卸压和强支护技术措施进行防治。措施实施后表明,回采过程中部分卸压区域会再次产生高应力集中,采动应力达到18 MPa,采取主动强预卸压解危措施后可将危险消除。据此提出基于主动强预卸压解危措施、主动强支护和主动强监测构建的冲击地压主动防治体系,能有效降低冲击地压的危险性。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the mine pressure bump prevention and control problems under the deep mine complicated conditions,based onNo. 2103 coal mining face i n Gucheng Mine as a study object,the paper had a study on a mine strata pressure bump occurred mechanismof the coal mining face in a thick and key stratum with strong. bump tendency. The macro evaluation method was applied to the evaluationof the coal mining face and the dangerous region grading. In combination with the microseismic monitoring and the stress online monito-ring,the prevention and control were conducted with the forced pressure pre-released and forced support technical measures. After themeasures conducted,during the mining process,high stress concentration again occurred in partial pressure released region,the miningstress was 18 MPa and the dang er was eliminated after the active forced pressure pre-released measures conducted. Thus based on activeforced pressure pre-released danger eliminated measures, activ e powerful support and active forced monitoring,the establishment of themine pressure bump active prevention and control system could effectively reduce the danger of th e mine pressure bump occurred.
