  • 摘要: 为满足液压支架试验研究的要求,改变液压支架检测技术及装备落后于液压支架技术发展水平的现状,系统研究了液压支架检测技术及试验装备的主体结构、液压控制系统和测试系统,解决了多缸同步控制、垂直外加载、水平外加载、侧向外加载、抗偏载和双层差级调高等多项关键技术,成功研制了具有护帮、尾梁和推移机构测试装置,且具备X-Y-Z三向复合外加载功能的综合液压支架试验装备,其最大承载能力30 000 kN,额定垂直外载22 000 kN,额定水平外载6 600 kN,额定侧向外载3 200 kN,最大试验空间8.0 m×4.0 m×7.6 m,可实现按照MT 312-2000、GB 25974.1-2010、EN1804.1-2002等标准对各种液压支架进行检测检验和试验研究。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the study requirements of the hydraulic powered support test and to change to the present status of the hydraulic powered support dete ction technology and equipment behind the development level of the hydraulic powered support, the paper had a systematic study on the hydraulic powered support det ection technology and the test equipment, including the main structure, hydraulic control system and test system.With the multi-cylinder synchro control, vertical externa 1 loading, lateral external loading, side loading proof, double layer difference height adjustment and other key technology solved, the test device with sidewall protectio n, tail beam and pushing mechanism and the comprehensive hydraulic powered support test equipment with X-Y-Z three directional complex external loading function W ere successully researched and developed.The max loading capacity was 30 000 kN, the rated vertical external loading was 22 000 kN, the rated horizontal external lo ading was 6 600 kN, the rated lateral loading was 3 200 kN and the max test space was 8.0 mx4.0 mx7.6 m.According to the national standards of MT 312-2000, GB 25 974.1-2010 and EN 1804. 1-2002, different hydraulic powered supports could be detected and tested.
