中低煤阶煤对CO的吸附/解吸特性

Carbon monoxide adsorption and desorption features of medium and low rank coal

  • 摘要: 为研究中低煤阶煤对CO的吸附/解吸特性,采集了崔家寨褐煤、荆各庄气煤、林南仓肥煤和万年焦煤4个样品,进行了煤质分析、CO的等温吸附/解吸试验及吸附/解吸试验前后的红外光谱分析。结果表明,4个样品对CO的吸附能力依次为:林南仓肥煤最高,荆各庄气煤、万年焦煤次之,崔家寨褐煤最低;其吸附/解吸过程不可逆,解吸存在"滞后性";煤阶不同,其对CO吸附的主控因素不同,褐煤至气煤阶段,煤中平衡水分影响较大;气煤至肥煤阶段,煤中水分和显微组分起主导作用;肥煤至焦煤阶段,煤中含氧官能团及显微组分的变化对CO的吸附贡献较大。研究认为中低煤阶煤中水分及分子结构中含氧官能团变化是造成CO吸附/解吸规律差异的主要原因。

     

    Abstract: in order to study the carbon monoxide adsorption/desorption features of the medium and low rank coal,four samples from Cuijiazhai lignite ,Jinggezhuang gas coal Linnancang fat coal and Wangnian coking coal were collected and the coal qualiy analysis the isothermal adsorpton/desorption tests of carbon monoxide and the infrared spectrum analysis before and after the adsorptiore samples. The results showed that the carbon monoxide adsorption capacity of the four samples were in the following order,Linancang fat coalwould be the highest.Jinggezhuang gas coal and Wannian coking cal would be the second and Cauijizhailignite would be the lowest.The adsorptionldesorption process was irreversible and a hysteresis would be existed in the desorption process. Due to the different rank of the coal,the major control factor of the carbon monoxide adsorption would be different.From the stage of the lignite to gas coal ,the equilibrium moisture contentin the coal would have a high infuence.From the stage of gas cal to fat coal,the moisture content of the coal and the macerals played aleadingrole.From the fat coal to coking coal stage,the oxygen functional group in the coal and the variation of the macerals would make a high contrbuton to the carbon monoxide adsorption. The study held that the moisture content of the medium and low rank coal and the variation of the oxygenfunctional group in the molecular structure would be the major causes to make the difference of adsorptionldesorption law of carbon monoxide.
